DMCA & Copyright Policy

Oglle respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and rights holders worldwide. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA") and international copyright standards, Oglle maintains a strict procedure to address notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning digital AI assets, models, prompts, scripts, and media hosted on our Platform.

SAFE HARBOR & AGENT NOTICE: Oglle LLC acts as an intermediary provider under DMCA safe harbor provisions. Upon receiving a valid, fully compliant DMCA takedown notice, Oglle will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the specified infringing material.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work, trademark, or proprietary AI model asset has been reproduced, uploaded, or distributed on Oglle without authorization, please submit a written notice containing the following mandatory information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Exact URL links or listing IDs pointing directly to the alleged infringing asset on Oglle.
• Your contact information, including full name, business address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a seller or creator believes that their listing was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a false or misidentified DMCA notice, a formal Counter-Notification may be submitted to Oglle containing:

• The creator's physical or electronic signature and contact information.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the creator has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to local federal court jurisdiction and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Oglle maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intentional piracy and intellectual property theft. Accounts determined to be "repeat infringers"—users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices without successful counter-notices—will face permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending escrow disbursements, and potential platform blacklisting.
