Oglle provides vertical marketplace capabilities empowering community members to securely showcase, license, buy, sell, and transfer ownership of full-lifecycle AI assets, including Prompts, LoRA models, Workflows, Audio Stems, Presets, AI Footage, Digital Art, and IP Adaptation Rights. These Marketplace & AI Assets Terms govern all commercial listings and peer-to-peer digital transactions conducted on Oglle.

VENUE DISCLAIMER: Oglle LLC serves exclusively as a technical platform and official escrow manager connecting creators, buyers, and enterprises. Oglle does not inspect, endorse, guarantee, or hold physical custody of AI assets or third-party digital products traded between independent users.

1. Full-Lifecycle Creative & AI Asset Scope

Marketplace listings on Oglle encompass digital assets generated across all stages of photorealistic (live-action aesthetic) and animated/anime media production:

Pre-Production: AI-assisted or original Film/Anime Scripts, Screenplays, Concept Storyboards, Anime Character Turnarounds, and Prompt Libraries.
Generative Visuals & Models: Raw AI Video Footage (B-Roll), Photorealistic & Anime Style LoRAs, Checkpoint Models, Image Prompts, ControlNet/ComfyUI Production Workflows, and Render Presets.
Audio & Voice Synthesis: AI Background Music (BGM), Audio Stems, Sound Effects (SFX), Anime/Character Voice Clone Models, and Dubbing Files.
Post-Production & Editing: Video Editing Project Templates, Motion Graphics, Subtitle Files (SRT/VTT), Transition Presets, and Color LUTs.
Complete Works: Full AI-generated live-action and animated/anime short films, web series, music videos, and commercial video finished files.

2. Licensing Tiers & Usage Rights

To support diverse commercial needs while protecting creator intellectual property, Oglle enforces a structured tier system:

Standard Commercial License: Grants a non-exclusive, worldwide license for digital media uses such as social media video production, online marketing, advertising, and corporate presentations. This license is acquired via a standard flat fee and does not require ongoing royalty reporting.
Theatrical & Major Screen Adaptation License: Required for adaptation, broadcasting, or commercial distribution of platform IP/assets into feature theatrical films, streaming platform originals (e.g., Netflix, HBO), or major television/animation series. Backend distribution rights, royalty structures, and custom option agreements are brokered exclusively through the Oglle IP Desk on a project-by-project basis under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Merchandising & Consumer Products License: Required for manufacturing, distributing, or commercializing physical products, designer toys (e.g., blind boxes, action figures), apparel, lifestyle merchandise, or cross-media brand collaborations derived from assets on Oglle. This license incorporates custom licensing terms and backend distribution mechanisms managed via the Oglle platform under confidential terms.

3. Intellectual Property, Escrow & Compliance

All users and buyers must comply with the platform's intellectual property standards and escrow mechanisms:

Ownership & Warranties: Sellers warrant that listed assets, prompts, LoRAs, or workflows do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, and comply with underlying open-source licenses.
Platform Brokerage & Escrow: Oglle acts as the official escrow, compliance manager, and licensing broker for high-tier adaptations and physical merchandising. All custom royalty collections, performance milestones, and third-party disbursements are managed securely via platform-managed accounts.
Confidentiality (NDA): Specific commercial splits, backend percentages, break-even thresholds, and private enterprise licensing agreements are kept strictly confidential and governed by custom tripartite NDAs between Buyers, Sellers, and Oglle.

4. Non-Refundable Policy & Compatibility

Due to the instant-download and intangible nature of digital file deliveries, all sales of downloadable AI Assets are final and non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions apply only if the digital file is corrupted, unexecutable, or significantly mismatches the listing description, subject to official review by Oglle support. As underlying AI technologies evolve rapidly, Oglle does not guarantee identical visual outputs across future external software updates outside specified system requirements.

5. Violations & Support
